No longer utilizing email..

RMG GROUP and its companies have recently made an important decision to enhance their security measures and streamline their operations to better serve their customers. As part of this effort, they have decided to discontinue allowing first contact via email. Instead, they are requesting that customers visit their Help Centers to open a ticket for assistance with any inquiries or issues they may have.


This change is a proactive step towards strengthening security and ensuring that customer needs are met more efficiently. By opening a ticket through the Help Center, customers can be assured that their inquiries will be addressed in a timely and organized manner.
