Supply Chains Act

Introduction:
RMG GROUP recognizes the importance of responsible supply chain management and is committed to ensuring that our supply chains operate in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards. This Supply Chains Act Policy outlines our commitment to promoting fair labor practices, safe working conditions, environmental sustainability, and ethical sourcing throughout our supply chain.

Compliance with Applicable Laws and Regulations:

2.1. RMG GROUP is committed to complying with all applicable laws and regulations governing supply chain management, including but not limited to:
  • The California Transparency in Supply Chains Act (SB 657)
  • The UK Modern Slavery Act 2015
  • The United States Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
2.2. We also expect our suppliers, contractors, and business partners to adhere to the same legal and ethical standards.

Ethical Sourcing and Responsible Procurement:
3.1. RMG GROUP is dedicated to sourcing products and services from suppliers who uphold the highest ethical standards, including but not limited to:
  • Respect for human rights, including the prohibition of forced labor, child labor, and discriminatory practices
  • Compliance with applicable environmental regulations and sustainability best practices
  • Compliance with health and safety standards in the workplace
3.2. We encourage suppliers to adopt socially and environmentally responsible practices, promote diversity and inclusion, and ensure fair and ethical treatment of their employees.

Supplier Selection and Due Diligence:
4.1. Before engaging with any supplier, RMG GROUP will conduct a due diligence process to assess their suitability and ensure compliance with our supply chain requirements.

4.2. Our due diligence process may include, but is not limited to, evaluations of a supplier's:
  • Compliance history with applicable laws and regulations
  • Labor practices, including fair wages and working hours
  • Health and safety policies and procedures
  • Environmental impact and sustainability efforts
  • Business ethics and conflict of interest policies
Training and Awareness:
5.1. RMG GROUP is committed to raising awareness and providing training to our employees on supply chain management, responsible procurement practices, and the prevention of modern slavery and human trafficking.

5.2. We also encourage suppliers, contractors, and business partners to provide training and promote awareness within their organizations.

Reporting and Monitoring:

6.1. RMG GROUP will establish systems and processes to monitor and report on the adherence to this Supply Chains Act Policy throughout our supply chain.

6.2. We encourage employees, suppliers, and other stakeholders to report any concerns or potential violations to the appropriate channels within RMG GROUP.

Continuous Improvement:

7.1. RMG GROUP is committed to continuously improving our supply chain practices by assessing, monitoring, and mitigating risks associated with social, environmental, and ethical issues.

7.2. We will regularly review this policy to ensure its effectiveness and alignment with changing laws, regulations, and best practices.

Compliance and Non-Retaliation:

8.1. RMG GROUP expects all employees, suppliers, contractors, and business partners to comply with this Supply Chains Act Policy.

8.2. We prohibit any form of retaliation against individuals or groups who report concerns, potential violations, or participate in investigations related to supply chain issues.
