Electronic Transaction and Communication Disclosure
Please carefully read the following electronic transaction and communication disclosure before engaging in electronic transactions and communications with RMG GROUP and it's companies:

This Consent covers each and every account, product, or service we offer that you apply for, own, use, or administer with RMG GROUP and its companies either now or in the future. You agree that we may deliver to you all disclosures, notices, agreements, statements, Tax Documents, terms and conditions, communications or other documents (collectively, “Notices”) in electronic format (“eNotices”), and that we may discontinue sending paper Notices unless and until you withdraw your consent as described below. We may also use electronic signatures and obtain them from you as part of our transaction with you.

For accounts with more than one owner, only one owner's authorization is required to enroll in or initiate electronic notification. Your choice to go paperless binds any and all authorized signers. Your Consent will be considered your confirmation that you have received, understand the terms and conditions of the Consent and you agree to be bound by them.

Consent to Electronic Transactions: By engaging in electronic transactions with RMG GROUP, you agree to conduct transactions electronically, including but not limited to submitting applications, signing agreements, receiving disclosures, and communicating electronically.

Electronic Delivery: You understand and agree that RMG GROUP may provide required notices, agreements, and other communications electronically. Electronic delivery may include email, SMS messages, in-app notifications, posting on our website, or other electronic means. We may always, in our sole discretion, provide you with any Notice in paper form, even if you have chosen to receive it electronically.

Paper Copies: You have the right to request and receive paper copies of any documents provided electronically. You can contact RMG GROUP customer support to request paper copies at any time. Please note that a fee may apply for providing paper copies. Paper statements will resume within two periodic statements depending on when within your statement cycle you withdraw your consent to receive notices electronically. In the interim, you will continue to receive statements electronically. In the case of consumer loan statements with an auto debit feature, paper statements will not resume at any time, except a residential mortgage loan, where paper statements will resume upon withdrawal of consent. Consumer line statements with an auto debit feature will resume paper statements upon withdrawal of consent. Other Notices will resume with the next notice generated.

System Requirements: You are responsible for ensuring your access to the necessary hardware, software, and internet connection to engage in electronic transactions and receive electronic communications from RMG GROUP. Please ensure your devices meet the minimum requirements for optimal performance.

Privacy and Security: RMG GROUP is committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the security of your personal information. We employ industry-standard security measures to safeguard your sensitive data during electronic transactions and communications. However, please be aware that no electronic system is completely secure, and you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with electronic transactions and communications.

Liability: RMG GROUP shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from or related to the use of electronic transactions and communications, including but not limited to transmission errors, technical issues, or unauthorized access to your personal information. If you fail to update or change an incorrect or invalid email address or other contact information we have for you in our records, and we have had a reasonable opportunity to act on such update or change, you understand and agree that all Notices shall nevertheless be deemed to have been provided to you if they were made available to you in electronic form or delivered through electronic means.

Revocation of Electronic Consent: You have the right to revoke your consent to engage in electronic transactions and receive electronic communications at any time. Please note that revoking your consent may limit your ability to engage in certain transactions or receive important notifications, agreements, or disclosures electronically. Withdrawal of consent for certain Notices may result in a fee. Please refer to your account agreement for additional information. There is no fee to process the withdrawal of your consent. Any withdrawal of consent will be effective only after we have had a reasonable period of time to act upon your withdrawal. Any withdrawal of your consent to receive eNotices will not affect the legal validity, enforceability and binding effect of any Notice you received, electronic or otherwise, before the effective date of the withdrawal of your consent and will not be re-sent in paper format.

You understand and agree that the terms and conditions in this Agreement may change from time to time without notice to you unless required by Applicable Law. If notice is required, you agree that notice may be sent electronically via your Online Account Center Alerts Center, email, or by SMS to the mobile number provided by you.
