FAQs

How long does it take for my application to be approved?

Most application decisioning is done within 24 - 48 hours. However, if we request additional information or documentation you will want to respond as quickly as possible to avoid further delays. 

What happens if my application is declined?

That is  a bummer and while we never want to decline an application sometimes it happens. For security and business purposes sometimes we may be prohibited from disclosing application denial reason. However, if your application is denied we will send a adverse action notice via email and / or standard mail. 

In case of Application denial your refund will be automatically refunded and issued back to the original payment method in most cases. Or refunded via check to the address on the application.

How soon can I reapply?

We would recommend fixing the issues in the adverse action letter if applicable. Once those reasons have been fixed you may reapply anytime. Please do not reapply before fixing our reasons if optional.
